For customers who fail to perform their payment obligations as stipulated in the contract, this three-guarantee guarantee is invalid and irreversible. The application for Three Guarantees must be submitted within the warranty period, overdue applications will not be accepted.
The lubricating oil, air filter, oil filter element and exhaust filter element of the vacuum pump are consumables and are not within the scope of the Three Guarantees.
In any case, the limit of civil liability undertaken by Shanghai Puxu Vacuum Pump Co., Ltd. will not exceed the contract price of the equipment and parts involved in quality problems.
